People Who Love P&C

I am absolutely in love with your site and think it's a great thing you're doing this! I am Past President of our student chapter of ASID and would love to hang up some of your flyers. [PLiNTHandCHiNTZ.com] has been an awesome tool for me to use, and I want to share the love. Love the logo by the way – very fun and hip!

Summer should be about fun, and the following are some design-related ideas to add to yours:

Buck the trend by putting down your iPhone, walking away from your laptop and actually writing a letter (remember those?) to someone. When you do, show your funinthesun.gifappreciation for design by posting it with limited-edition commemorative stamps recently issued by the U.S. Postal Service honoring furniture designers Charles and Ray Eames.

Recapture some childhood delight and imagine you are in elementary school again by picking up a box of Crayons (love that smell!) and playing around with the Creative Interiors Idea Journal & Coloring Book, a creative outlet for adults highlighting mid-century modern furniture and interiors. Whether or not you stay within the lines is up to you.

When lounging in a cabana on the beach, in a hammock in the backyard or simply on a park bench during your lunch hour, flip through the pages of the freshest new design mag, Fulcrum. Developed by the people who bring us Metropolitan Home, the inspiring, graphic-laden content focuses on commercial projects around the globe. Very fun stuff.
