2017 Sherwin-Williams Student Design Challenge
Sherwin-Williams doesn’t want you to hold back. They invite students in the U.S. and Canada to enter your original, innovative commercial and residential designs into the 2017 Sherwin-Williams Student Design Challenge.
The Program
The challenge has two categories: residential design and commercial design. Students may enter as individuals or as a design team of up to three people. There is no entry fee.
The Judges
Sue Wadden, their director of color marketing, will be joined by two talented designers. Judging residential entries: Cynthia Rowley. Judging commercial entries: Vern Yip.
The Pay-Off
The top winner from each category will receive $2,500, plus have their work featured in STIR magazine. Second-place winners win $1,000, and third-place winners win $500. All winners will be featured in our Sherwin-Williams for Design Pros social media channels.
And NEW in 2017, they’re awarding $1,000 to the design schools our first place winners attend!
The Deadline
The challenge is open for entries March 1–April 15, 2017.
