Happy birthday to us! This month PLiNTHandCHiNTZ.com turns a terrific 2-years-old. Emerging from our infancy, we plan on taking on none of the traits of the typical terrorizing toddler. Well, maybe just a few, but in a productive manner…
- constant curiosity for accomplished individuals and interesting topics (instead of for what’s purposely out of reach on the kitchen counter)
- excited energy about educating everyone about this dynamic, diverse industry (rather than about frolicking on the lawn with nothing but a garden hose and a smile)
- occasional frustration with spreading our message to even more of the masses (instead of with having to eat all our veggies before diving into dessert)
- frequent naps throughout the day (OK, we’ve now entered the realm of fantasy.)
Over the last 24 months we’ve had an impact on interior design industry-related content. We won’t name names, but our concept of spotlighting design students, professionals, schools, manufacturers, and services – and the sassy style in which we do it – has surfaced in other newsletters and websites, both organization- and commerce-based. And we’re thrilled. Life’s too short not to be fun.
