Arc-Interiors is an intensive one-to-one business meetings program, delivering interior architecture decision-makers from America’s largest and most active architectural & interior design (A&D) firms. It is the quickest and most direct route for suppliers to the interior design sector to secure productive face-to-face business meetings with Heads of Interior Design from America’s top A&D firms.
How does Arc-Interiors work? Heads of Interiors in charge of major projects in the region attend by invitation only. All of their travel and accommodation are paid for by BOND Events. They are attracted by our high-quality seminar programs, designer-to-designer networking and the opportunity to meet new suppliers providing innovative products, services and technologies. When they confirm, the designers provide a comprehensive profile of their current projects, plus a defined list of product and service requirements, which is made available for the exclusive use of suppliers.
Unlike trade shows, at Arc-Interiors designers are assigned their own meeting point in the ballroom of the venue hotel, which suppliers attend at a specified time. These meetings are pre-arranged, allowing both designers and suppliers to choose whom they wish to meet.
In addition to the formal business meetings sessions by day, all delegates stay at the event resort for the full 4 days and 3 evenings, and so have numerous opportunities to socialize and network informally. The end result is deeper relationships, an accelerated understanding of new products and technologies and quantifiable business opportunities.
