Boston Design Week seeks to increase public awareness and appreciation of all aspects of design, foster recognition of the vital role design plays in our lives, and bring new audiences to a wide array of design industries and organizations. Their vision is to encourage the public to explore all aspects of design.

• SPECIAL FESTIVAL THEME: BOSTON RETHINKS DESIGN
They are looking for events in all categories and in all fields of design that are groundbreaking, disrupt previous ideas, or challenge conventional thinking, processes or materials. They are particularly interested in design events that respond to the economic, social and environmental imperatives of our design professions, city, country and world.
• SPECIAL FOCUS TRACKS
If your event falls into one of the special track categories, it will receive an extra track designation in the calendar listings to help attendees find it more quickly.
