ATTENTION: Clerkenwell Design Week was originally supposed to take place May 19-21, 2020, but was postponed until July 14-16. Now, the organizers have canceled the 2020 event, and the next Clerkenwell Design Week will take place May 25-27, 2021.
Clerkenwell is home to more creative businesses and architects per square mile than anywhere else on the planet, making it truly one of the most important design hubs in the world.
To celebrate this rich and diverse community, Clerkenwell Design Week showcases leading UK and international brands and companies in a series of showroom events, exhibitions and special installations that take place across the area. With over 100 resident showrooms, an array of exhibitors and local practices taking part, CDW has firmly established itself as the UK’s leading independent design festival and annually attracts the international design community to the area for three days of exciting events.

In 2019, the design community flocked to Clerkenwell with 34,185 attendees and over 300 exhibiting brands.
Clerkenwell Design Week is a jam packed design festival consisting of 7 exhibition venues, 100+ showrooms, engaging installations, topical talks with leading creatives, hundreds of programmed events, fringe activities from local practices and tantalising deals across EC1’s restaurants and bars.
