  World Design Day: A Global Online Interior Design Student Symposium

Mark your calendars now, as this educational symposium will be held April 27, 2005. The Rhodec ASID Student Chapter has been working hard to finalize the details of this ground-breaking event, but the idea is this:

• Design Professionals and Educators will lead groups of no more than eight students each in a discussion regarding an object, design, or an interior design related topic that has inspired them. The subject matter will come from the many visuals, audios, and other materials and sources found on the Architectural Record’s Multimedia Annex on their website, which can be accessed for pre-discussion study.
• Students will have choices for discussion topics and times in effort to address global time zones. All registrants will be included in at least one discussion on a first come, first serve basis and may get into another if all discussions do not fill by the registration deadline.
